Returns Policy
In the event there is a problem with your order, contact Fred from the CONTACT link in the blue navigation bar above. We will solve the problem for you and may request that product be returned on our FedEx Account Number (so you don't have to pay).
If a refund is requested and approved, expect to receive your refund within one week from resolution.
Shipping
We can ship to any address in the United States. For International orders, contact us to inquire about delivery costs by clicking on the CONTACT link in the blue navigation bar above.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you chose. We will also keep you of each step in the process via email.
